The Hogget Box

A 5kg box of organic hogget from the Herdwick Box Co. A farm of Herdwick Sheep on the edge of Exmoor that is completely grass fed. 
The box includes a variety of cuts. 
 
This includes: 
 
- Diced Hogget
- Minced Hogget
- Hogget chops
 
Sometimes the boxes may differ but this keeps things interesting and makes sure nothing goes to waste.
