The Herdwick Box Co.

A Herdwick flock based in heart of Devon. The sheep are 100% grass-fed with an occasional nibble from the hedgerows. Hogget is meat from sheep that are between 1 and 2 years old.

 

The sheep are kept until over a year old, letting them mature and grow at their own pace, adding even more flavour and nutrients to the meat.
